Welcome to the trailer for the create beautifully podcast where you listen to this and decide if it's relevant enough that you'd like to subscribe. So let's dive in a little bit.
This podcast is for you if you're wondering if you can really change, if you can really find your passion and purpose and live it, if you'd like to get into the nitty gritty of all the areas of your life and see if you can make each of them beautiful and true to who you were meant to be and to find that along the way.
So let's go into a little bit of a metaphor.
Okay, we're gonna do a garden metaphor. If you're not a big fan of garden metaphors, just hang with me for a bit. We won't make it too long. So if we think about each area of our life as a, as a small garden, okay? Our romantic relationships, our friendships, our career, our spirituality, our finances, our home, any, any area that you can think of, if we think about each of them as having their own little garden, I bet you'll think of them where some are looking good, they've got roses, they've got peonies, they've got some lilacs, whatever you want in there, they're growing and they're looking healthy and they're looking awesome. And then there might be some as you get in there that you're like, everything in here is dying or dead or is just like a hot mess and I don't want to look at it and I know that I need to dig it all out and put in some new soil and plant some new seeds.
So that's kind of what we're doing in this podcast is we're finding these dead gardens were being willing to look at them, willing to dig out the nasty soil and plant some new seeds.
And when we start doing that, we start getting out of ruts and negative habits and we start finishing what we start and we can break free from cyclical patterns of self disappointment and we can learn to trust ourselves and our intuition which is like huge being able to trust your heart and your gut. We can start to make each day lighter and include more laughter.
You know what I really want out of this podcast? I want you to feel like you can show up in all of your authentic bigness and weirdness and find that you not only belong but that you are welcome and invited if you feel ready.
Or even if you're just hoping to feel ready to fight to fan the flames of that little pilot light inside of you and rail against seemingly unending patterns of unfulfilled potential in any area of your life and truly create beautifully a life of depth and meaning and magic and love and joy and passion and purpose and connection and lots of other awesome adjectives.
Then this podcast is for you and if any of that resonated with you.
You need to know that it also resonates with me and that's why I'm hoping that we can really do this together.
So let's dive in for a second and talk about what create beautifully means why I came up with this,
what this concept is and see if it's something that you'd like to take into your life.
So create beautifully itself is kind of a lifestyle motto,
a sort of a mantra where the create peace is almost exactly what you think it is.
We're creating and it might be very obviously creating in some type of artistic way,
but really it is creating something that was not there before.
So maybe there's an area of your life and and everyone in your life,
parents,
grandparents,
everything all the way back.
They've all done it the same way,
but you want to do something different,
you're going to create something new and do something in a way that hasn't been done before in your family or maybe you've just got these patterns in your life that you just keep repeating and keep repeating and it's time to create something new,
a new pattern,
something with intention,
something that's really gonna bust out of whatever the crap that you had in there before was and it's really bringing to life what wasn't there.
And it could be an idea,
it could be a business idea that you have,
it could be a way that you'd like to parent,
it could be,
it could be in any area of your life and then we add beautifully to it.
And this beautifully piece is what's really important because it some of it might be very obviously beautifully where we are making something look beautiful or we are making our home office feel beautiful by what we put in it and the textures in it.
But ultimately beautifully.
When we're creating beautifully,
we're creating with intention with heart,
with honesty,
with authenticity,
with vulnerability,
with a grounded nous,
with heart with humor.
Please can we laugh at some of the shift in this world?
Okay.
And some of the ship in our own lives,
we need some humor,
but really when we create beautifully,
we're creating with an intention and we're letting it be messy.
We're letting it have the ups and the downs.
We're letting it have joy and excitement and maybe grief and sadness and it can all be in there.
And most of it is all necessary to be in there in order to really create a life that were meant to live in order in order to uncover who we are supposed to be.
So,
how are we going to do this in this podcast?
How are we going to do this?
So,
the goal here is I want to help you connect to your true self.
I want to help you uncover that.
I want to help you get that nasty dirt out of the way and figure out what's really in there,
what's been in there this whole time and we're going to do that through three different ways that are gonna come out in three different types of podcast episodes.
So one of the ways we're going to do do this is with tools,
okay.
And when,
when I want to share tools with you all is when we're going to have episodes that will have guides,
I call these guide episodes and these are people who are offering healing modalities or,
or tools or some type of information that is that is designed to give people a ha moments and shift something in their lives or have them help them to have some type of realization about where they,
they are and how they can change.
So I'm really excited about these guides episodes,
most of the people I'm bringing on,
I have worked with and I would love to keep it that way as much as possible.
So we're gonna be talking about things like ancient tea ceremonies and tie vedic massage and brain spotting and the radiogram and just all as much cool stuff as possible.
And also if you have something cool,
I'm always open to people submitting what you know about as well.
The next way we're going to really try to create beautifully together is to really create a sense of belonging because when we feel we belong when we feel that we can take risks and be who we truly are and still belong,
even if we fail,
even if we feel like we look ridiculous,
we will keep going.
If we feel we will be rejected,
we will quit.
So the biggest way that I want you to feel like you belong is to bring on guests.
And these are not guests who are at the top of the mountain who have had,
you know,
multiple best sellers and make millions and millions and millions of dollars a year and travel the world.
I mean,
don't get me wrong,
those stories are amazing and they give us things to look forward to and things to believe in.
But the guests that I want on this podcast,
the guests that will be on here are the people who are actively tending to those little gardens in different areas of their lives and they're the people there are also the people who they may naturally have a couple of their gardens just beautifully growing because that's their,
that's where their skills lie.
But these are also people that are like,
I don't just want to rely on these few gardens.
I'm gonna go over here and tend to these,
these other ones and they're gonna come on and they're gonna share the mess,
they're gonna share their process,
They're gonna share their honesty,
they're gonna share how it feels what's going on.
So hopefully that you can see yourself there and we can all meet each other right where we are and it can be okay and beautiful and right to embrace and accept where we are at this moment,
so that we can take a deep breath and move forward with intention from where we are.
And then the third type of episode where we're going to kind of create beautifully together is to help you feel a sense of permission to do these things,
permission to take risk,
permission to heal,
permission to live into all of your awesomeness and partnership and I want to bring those with my personal episodes.
So I will be sharing my journey throughout this year,
I have a couple of things I'm working on that I'll mention in just a minute,
but really anything that comes up,
I am here to share my process of creating beautifully as well and honestly this podcast is a huge,
huge piece of that,
just getting this thing up and running is huge and I'm really excited to keep this going together and I'll get into more of that in just a second.
So speaking of me,
who am I?
My name is Liza Hitler and I live outside of Nashville Tennessee.
I have two daughters at the time of this recording,
they are 12.5 and 9.5,
so very close to double digits and teenager.
Um I went to USC for theater but that was quite a while ago,
I've been married for almost 15 years and my husband and I met doing improv comedy together,
so hopefully we'll have a couple of laughs here along the way.
I'm an angiogram teacher in training.
If you don't know what any a gram is,
don't worry,
there's gonna be a whole episode about it really soon.
I probably have a D.
H.
D.
I have not had a diagnosis yet,
but I am going to be looking for that this year.
I have two pets,
we've got a puppy,
he's 10 months old.
His name is scruffy and he is a kava yorkie poo and we also have a bunny rabbit and his name is bun bun.
I'm a Sagittarius and Sagittarius rising.
So pretty much what you see is what you get.
And I'm also a brand photographer.
So,
I've been a photographer for a number of years and in the past couple years I work specifically with Women Solo Preneurs,
that's my main audience,
or my main clientele is women's Solo preneurs and I love working with women's Solo preneurs,
because just like this podcast,
I love people who are creating,
I love new ideas.
I love businesses.
I love when people are living into what they feel their purposes,
even if it's just step by step.
And even if it looks totally different five years from now or even six months from now,
it's a huge,
huge passion of mine and in addition to all of those things,
I am fully obsessed with self inquiry,
my own growth path,
as well as the human condition and I have been following sparks of purpose,
trying to figure out what am I here for,
what is lighting me up since I was 10 when I first wanted to take acting lessons and then when I was 13,
when I first asked for a camera And I've been following and learning about the human condition since I was 16 when I bought myself.
Men are from Mars,
women are from Venus to try to figure out why my high school boyfriend was pissing me off.
And ever since then I have just been on a non stop journey to figure out what makes people tick,
what makes me tick,
What are my patterns?
How can I change them?
How can I be more effective?
How can other people be more effective?
How can we use our stories to grow?
And I have done so many different things,
healing modalities,
um workshops,
all kinds of stuff all through my twenties,
my thirties and now into my forties and I'm gonna be bringing all of that,
all of that,
all of the knowledge that I've gained along the way,
but also all of just my current curiosity about all of this,
as well as my excitement for it and just how much I love to put the pieces together for people and we're doing a lot of that on this podcast.
I'm also 43 years old and I say that because everyone's going to have a different reaction to that,
but I do want for anyone kind of forties and older or anyone younger who's worried that they're running out of time.
I really want a lot of this to be,
it doesn't matter,
it doesn't matter how old you are for,
when you start to really live into something or when you start to get serious about something or when you start to really heal,
it doesn't matter.
So hopefully that will be something that we can really,
really dig into on this.
And what am I personally working on?
What is my create beautifully this year,
the two things that the main gardens that I'm tending to,
our consistency in my business.
So this podcast as well as my money mindset,
I really want to shift my relationship with money and how I handle money now,
just because I'm working on those two things and you may not be working on those two things,
doesn't mean there aren't going to be really,
really awesome things in this podcast for you.
And also,
even though those are the two things that I'm working on,
okay,
I'm sure this year is gonna have some plans for me outside of just consistency and money mindset,
but in speaking of consistency,
it really feels like this podcast is part of that challenge for me and it's also,
it's also an accountability partner for me,
so not only is this about creating beautifully in every area of our lives,
it is fully serving as my accountability partner,
which means you are also serving as my accountability partner.
Should you choose to be a listener.
And I'm really hoping that you will feel like myself and this podcast can help serve as your accountability partner too.
And we can really create beautifully together because it's a lot better together.
And on that vein of co creating,
I would love it if you listen to this trailer one,
if you would like to subscribe,
that would be magical.
And also,
if you want to reach out to me on instagram,
my instagram is just my name Liza Hitler at L I Z A H I P P L E R.
You can DM me and tell me what you're working on this year.
I've shared with you a little bit about me and what I'm working on in my create beautiful gardens.
So I would love to know what little garden of your life.
Sorry,
We really hit,
we really hit it hard with this garden theme and I have a feeling it's not going to go away anytime soon.
So I hope you're okay,
let's just get on board together.
You know what I'm saying?
You can put put some,
put the flowers that work for you in your garden,
but shoot me a DM let me know what you're working on this year.
I would love to support you and hear what you're doing and thank you so much.
Let's create beautifully together
